The worldwide shortage of specialized personnel is one of many important intentions why I founded the company ISVSE.

 

In the past 10 years, the global shortage of skilled workers has averaged 39%. For the fifth time in a row, there are the greatest difficulties in the occupation of skilled workers and craftsmen worldwide.

According to a study from 2016 engineers are on the 4th, technicians on the 5th technical operators and machine operators on the 9th ranking place when it comes to needed skilled workers.
